There still hasn't been a decent reason in this thread why the existing frameworks (such as arp + cairngorm) are not suitable?

I have just installed Rails an application frame work for a language named Ruby which enabled me to create a whole aplication in the space of a few hours. Cant we follow the example and create a framework to make our lives easier as these guys have for Ruby programmers. I would be willing to contribute. What do you reckon would it work.
