First time I've noticed this..
Where are the disabled state skins for UIScrollbar? Seems crazy that as soon as the scrollbar is disabled the buttons return to halo? Anyone noticed this or am I missing something? Ie: you can set - upArrowUpName, upArrowOverName, but not the disabled state. .wtf?
