I'd suggest 2 possible ways:

 1) Inspectable( enumeration="your, frame, labels")
 This will produce a drop-down.
 
 2) Use Inspectable(type="Object" ...)
 Can help you in some cases. When user clicks the field, dialog
 appears for name-value pairs.

 3) There's always an option to use custom interface instead of
 built-in Component Inspector. It'll be an SWF movie, so you can put
 anything in it :-).
