Using $ for identifier is valid in Flash. Also, according to ECMA-262,
"the dollar sign is intended for use only in mechanically generated
code"(7.6 Identifiers).

But I do not use it in Flash because $ has special meaning in other
languages and it might confuse those who read my code.
