changing _root._quality before and after tweening seems to be the best solution, I guess. I'll have a look at _highquality...

At first I thought you may just want to change the global quality settings, as I have had to do this on projects before, not a nice thing to have to do tho... just change the quality before you tween, then change it back once its finished. This can be noticeable in different ways for text and vectors and is worth testing a few times to consider your options when changing the quality setting. Other than that im just checking the AS dictionary and I can see a _highquality var that can be set on mc's... you checked this?
