Are you just looking for what to put in your MXI or are you looking for how to setup your Help book?
Here's an example of a file node in the MXI: <file name="help_toc.xml" destination="$flash/HelpPanel/Help/MyBook" /> The MyBook folder will be a folder where all of your docs are kept. The help_toc.xml file is the definition of your help structure.
