But B.swf doesn't use C class at all. just use a simple loadMovie call. Then where is the problem?

Does compiling the B class fix the problem? If the B.SWF has an old version of the definition of the C Class, then rebuilding A.SWF will not get rid of the copy of the definition of Class C in the B.SWF. When Flash player needs to use Class C it uses the first definition it finds. Common problem - bit us a few times.
