Ok, and which tool offers the best quality?
I would consider encode with ffmpeg but it's quite a little obscur in
options.
Riva is nice and use ffmpeg.
Fabio Sonatti has a blog thread that gives you hint about the good
options to use with ffmpeg for flv.
I wonder in ffmpeg can't directly demultiplex a vob file, no clue ?!
