Have you tried specifying a full path, i.e. E:\english\flv\Classroom.flv ?

Unless you are specifying that in AS, then it's:
myflvpb.contentPath = "E:\\english\\flv\\Classroom.flv";

Just a thought.

Have you tried shortening the file name to something DOS compatable?
( 8 characters + extension )

   i.e. Classrom.flv
