Flex code compiles to Flash files. Flex IS Flash. If you mean take mxml and bring it into Flash directly, no. You need to use a Flex compiler to build the .swfs.
As far as taking a Flex-created .swf and opening it in Flash, you can, I don't know if there are any scope conflicts by doing so however. Might depend on the application and version of Flex.
