On a windows system you can use Arial Unicode MS, on a Mac here is a link where you can see what fonts you'll need : http://www.alanwood.net/unicode/fonts_macosx.html#simplified You do need to have the Chinese language installed and activated on your system for this to work (Mac and Win).
