If you don't control the source code to those MP3 players, you don't control the sourcecode - period. You're essentially asking how you can control someone else's Flash file without access to the sourcecode. :) Recommendation would be to either find an "mp3 player" built in Flash which plays an mp3 automatically (might be hard), or buy flash/get a flash developer and roll your own mp3 player which plays the file automatically.
