If there's a way for the server people to add a content header with content length, it might work

hye ppl! I'm in a situation that remoting calls get slow at some point for users with slow connection, hence client asked for loading progress display. As far as i know there is no sutch thing as bytesLoaded /total for remoting calls, I just serched help docs and that only confirmed that.
