andy, are you decompiling your own SWFs? also, what are you seeking from decompiling the SWFs? i ask for 2 reasons: 1) if you are decompiling other people's SWFs, they usually do not like it, so stop. 2) not all SWFs come from FLAs anymore. if you do not know the provenance of the SWF, after decompiling you may end up with gibberish. decompilers originally tartgeted FLA authored SWFs but today they may be from MXML, SWiSH Max, etc. that all having been said, i concur with Alias. Buraks.com/ASV is the gold standard for SWF decompilers. it costs $$ but it is worth it. i have also tried Sothink but found it no where in league with Buraks.com/ASV. Here is a link for a review on ASV from last year: http://www.flashmagazine.com/945.htm
