Thanks everyone. Looks like a false alarm. It only her aunt, with, more than likely an OLD computer. I'm still trying to get the specs.
I did put a link that goes to the Flash download in case of no flash present. I'll also add this "detect=false" Although, apparently, her problem was it was catching her and forcing to download the player every time.
