Hi, This is a tricky problem. Imagine you publish Flash 8 content with the default settings : "Only allow local file..." The swf will run with assets loaded from the local system.
BTW, you want for example to use a debugger on an XMLSocket connection, hosted on the localhost. Then the popup apperas saying that you need to set the parameters. Then it opens the borwser. But unfortunatly the network is disabled for whatever reason.
