Also, I looked on the web, and the closest answer I could find was for a
PHP solution, where the username and password are part of the URL since
the HTTP directory may be password protected:
//PHP script
define('username', 'foo');
define('password', 'bar');
// This is location of the remote service
$client = new soapclient('http://' . username . ":" . password .
'@www.myserver.com/ws/server.php?wsdl', true);
$client->setCredentials(username,password);
So perhaps in Actionscript, something like:
var username="myusername"; var password = "mypassword";
var pWebService:WebService = new
WebService("http://"+username+":"+password+"@www.myserver.com/myWS.asmx?
WSDL");
I'm just guessing though... not sure if that would work.
