hi, I did, but the error is still there, the movie is in a loader
component, even it has a preloader component also, how can I do?
any ideas?

dont jump to frames, create components etc.

it's safe to do so.
You can also wrap your movie into a loader movie, and have that
loader movie
take care of things.
