Problem 1 is that the tool is re-writing the HTML content of the page, which I don't particularly like. It's a great thought, but Flash projects that take text input and parse and display it with a user-customizable color space are already out there.

Problem 2) there are no standards. I don't like the Adobe highlighting standard. Friends of mine that are colorblind have their own issues to deal with when it comes to syntax highlighting.
