Requirements:

   - Advanced ActionScript knowledge.
   - Flash/JavaScript/HTML/CSS experience.
   - Advanced experience designing modular, object-oriented JavaScript
   and ActionScript.
   - Skilled in developing creatives that interoperate with iFrames and
   flash policy constraints.
   - Able to produce creatives that work across browsers and platforms.
   - Experience with Linux.
   - Proven interactive design experience.

Creative Requirements:

   - Experience in designing and developing online/offline creatives.
   - Knowledge of design principles, composition, color theory, and brand
   adherence.
   - Develop creative concepts and online mock ups in a rapid, iterative
   environment.
   - Data driven UI experience (using XML, web services, databases).
