I'm currently using Flash 8 Professional Game Development. Highly recommend it. Very good examples and very easy to read. Covers a lot of topics from graphics production, design documents, to building some pretty advanced engines. The chapters on tile based games are excellent, and you'll end up with a professional quality tile engine.
