I've been doing this with AS3 for a while now...  Just using a Loader.

Go to http://www.biality.com/tubes/tubes.swf 
Enter a nickname by typing /nick whatever
Then type this: /plugin http://www.youtube.com/v/G-U5N9WHuOI
