you can use a) sorenson squeeze b) flash flv encoder just google for it and you might even get freeware

Hello, I'm looking for an easy, inexpensive way to convert my .mov QuickTime movies ( 2 to 10 minutes long) to .flv in order for me to put them on a web site to be viewed by Flash Player. I do have Flash MX 2004 installed on my Mac, but I haven't been able to determine if I can use it to do this conversion. I'm not a tech person, I'm a musician making instructional videos, so I do need something easy to learn and use. Does anyone have hands-on experience with any program that meets these needs?
