Hi, I am hoping others here can help or refer me to the appropriate forum.
I have recently purchased the CS3 Web Premium edition and I am attempting to install it. Yesterday, I attempted to install it and it started by creating a series of directories with CAB files for each product int the Web bundle. The problem is that the install process seems to hang at 20%. The install app still seems responsive and the CPU seems pegged at 50 % activity from the install process but nothing else seems to be happen. This morning I canceled the process and rebooted and tried again with the same result. The install process seems stuck at 20%. Anybody else see this? Does it just take a long time to install? I might add that the machine I am installing CS3 on is a dual 3.0 gigahertz CPU with 2 gigs of RAM, so I would think the machine is big enough.
