I have several buttons that use the same background, so I have a background mc and selected enable 9 slice scaling so that I could reuse the same bg and be able to dynamically change the size based on the button text length.
The issue: When I enable 9 slice scaling, and then export it for as, the mc changes on stage to other mcs that are also linked. It is fine when I publish though. I'm on CS3. Any ideas why this would happen/how to fix? Thanks!
