the past year or so. I am in need of a senior-level Flash/AS2
developer. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Encinitas,

Ideal/successful candidate will be someone who eats, sleeps, breathes
OOP AS2/3 and is well-versed in the application of common design
patterns (MVC/P, etc.) to Flash development projects. Person needs to
be a true "self-starter", meaning, should need little direction on
the "how" to get things done - must be able to take well-written
software functional and technical specifications and create working,
extensible applications that integrate into our existing codebase and
backend systems.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborative planning, design and coding of complex Flash
applications
- Strong attention to detail for accurate reproduction of UI team
designs
- Integrate Flash application with custom backend services from

ActionScript
Required Skills:
- Mastery of Flash ActionScript 2/3
- Advanced OOP programming within MVC framework
- Build UI components in Flash IDE
- XML, JSON or Flash remoting data integration
- Use of version control systems like SVN or CVS in daily workflow
- Comfort getting around Linux file system on command line
- Exposure to Adobe Flex and Media Server a plus
- Some experience in backend programming a strong plus
