I made some progress on this.
When I opened carlosinla.com/amfphp/gateway.php in Internet Explorer....
I got a 500 error. Googled "500 error amfphp" and somebody recommended
disabling .htaccess and so I did.
Now when I load the above url - it says that it is installed correctly. Go
figure.
Thanks for your assistance.... now I'll push forward.
