Jobe is using Penner's flash.fl.motion package to rotate objects about points other than the registration point, as shown here:
http://jobemakar.blogspot.com/2007/06/rotating-around-point.html As I rotate my objects around a corner point I am expecting the corner point to stay still but it doesn't. It wanders off. The demo on Jobe's page also illustrates the problem: Click a corner pixel, hold it still and let it swing. The corner pixel wanders away from it's original position. It seems to be due to the gradual summation of rounding errors. I am trying to locate the original corner in the transformation matrix and apply additional translations to fix it. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?
