You can unsubscribe yourself just by knowing your email address, and using the password reminder form at the URL on the bottom of each message. Also, sending unsubscribe requests to the list - that is, to hundreds of people who can't help you - is not helpful to you and it's impolite to them. It's like taking a dump in the bathroom sink. That's why there's a list owner address - again, at the URL on the bottom of each message.
