Just say you have text in Microsoft Word which is formatted bold and a certain colour. Is it possible to copy that text into a Flash (MX2004 or 8) input field and retain (or at least discover and recreate) that formatting? My gut feeling is "no", as I haven't yet come across examples of this on the web. Even copying bold text in an HTML-enabled input textfield and pasting it into the same textfield doesn't carry across the formatting. I'd appreciate any thoughts on this, even (or I should say, especially) a "No, this can't be done".
