Please consider this position: My team and I founded a consumer web startup 10 months ago which is now in private beta. Both founders are Harvard grads and looking for a Flash developer for a senior position with equity involvement.
The position involves understanding an existing complex ActionScript 2.0 Flash application for developing formal online correspondences (I can explain this more). It basically requires extensive experience coding larger applications or sites with AS2, as well as strong skills working with XML in AS2, and especially font and text formatting in Flash. Taking on the project will involve evaluating the state of the app, evaluating future development and design and building it out based on the feedback of users.
