you can do something like that:
ldr1.contentLoaderInfo.addEventListener(Event.COMPLETE,completeHandler);
public function completeHandler(event:Event) {
MovieClip(event.currentTarget)._parent = this;
}
and access each prop of "parent" swf for example:
trace(_parent.ldr1);
