One app the does everything would be terrible. You'd have to pay for features you don't want and will have to run an incredibly beefy program that will take the strongest of systems down. Maybe at some point, maybe when quantum computing is around!, but till then I'd say it's organised well.That however, is not an excuse for the terrible code editor.
As for the original post, I have gotten my hands on CS4 just yet, but I've seen demo's and video tuts, and WOW.. its a pretty big jump and fantastic features for animators, which possibly means power for devs as well.
