The myLoader.content property holds a reference to your loaded clip or
bitmap or whatever it might be.

So try:

(myLoader.content as MovieClip).stop();

(Or, if it's easier to understand:

var myClip:MovieClip=myLoader.content as MovieClip;
myClip.stop();
