Client swf connects to a locally hosted proxy server that waits for a
remote client to connect to it as well.
when a remote client swf tries to connect the proxy server, the server
sends an okay response to the remote client, and sends the ip of the
remote client to the local client swf at roughly the same time.
local Client swf tries to connect to the ip the proxy sent it, and the
proxy server fakes a positive response for the connection.
proxy server gets out of the way, and lets the two communicate directly.
