I have tried something to that effect, but with the same result, the
event fires but stopDrag() has no effect.

For the mouse_leave event, lines 80-89.
I haven't tried this on Windows or Linux yet, but it is happening on
FF3 running on Mac OS 10.5

I'm not exactly sure why the stopDrag method has no effect in lines
60 and 67.
where mc is the movie clip concerned. If you move your mouse back
in, the movie clip is still draggable. I'm not sure what's going on?
I tried the solution suggested here:

to no avail.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
