Hi Andrew,

You might want to check out SWFAdress ( http://www.asual.com/ swfaddress/ ) It work rather well and handles also opening other external pages and sending mail. We actually base all of our projects on it.

How could I let the user bookmark the current state of a dynamic flash page? I know how to save the current state of the movie and then just load that as the default, but what if the user should be able to bookmark multiple states, each with its own address? Can javascript tell the browser to change the address in the address bar without actually loading a new page, so that if the user creates a bookmark there is a reliable address?

Thanks!
