Not that I've found yet... But to be honest, however much of the build/disk creation process I've managed to automate on the PC (and on Ubuntu), I've always found it's necessary to go to the Mac for some of the process (notably DMG creation - can't find a decent tool for that on PC - and application of background images etc. to a Mac disk image). If you're serious about distributing for a Mac, then you need a Mac.
