I have experienced similar problems with youtube's and vimeo's player

I don't think it's a bandwidth issue - well it might be - because with the videos that seem to stutter, I have paused them to let the "download bar" fill for testing and still had the same problem. So I am guessing it could be my computer, looking at FP's recommended requirements, it would do 480p, should do 720p (my PC benchmarks better than some 3GHz models without overclocking) and may struggle with 1080p which is okay because my monitor ain't that big...

Btw, i couldn't agree more for today's fwa award. It's an experiment not a
website!
I commented on today's winner because it hung for about 30 seconds, threw an exception and did not work, besides having text too small to read. I don't mind seeing "experimental" work, as long as there is some merit in having it included. What irritates me increasingly about FWA is the apparently shallow approach to "judging" the sites - when I see a winning site that is broken, I wonder if there is just a computer somewhere picking random entries rather than much human "testing"... That's why I am not always convinced it's my computer that's at fault when visiting FWA sites that don't offer a "smooth experience".

"Websites at the cutting edge" - it's only a small slip from "cutting edge" to "bloody cheek".
