I'm using AS2 and targeting Flash Player 8.
When a movie loads in another swf (or an image for that matter), does it
check the server to see if there's a newer version? I will often
include a time-stamp as a query-string parameter to prevent loading a
cached version, but what if I want do use the cached version except in
instances where there is a newer version?
Maybe this depends on the browser?
