But if locally I test script like
getURL
("javascript:NewWindow=window.open('http://www.somename.com/key16.html','newWin','width=400,height=300,left=0,top=0,toolbar=No,location=No,scrollbars=No,status=No,resizable=No,fullscreen=No');void(0);");
this script works in IE and opens pop up window
