Hi,

I am doing some rough testing with our interface app on various boxes and seem to be encountering speed issues running on a Linux ATOM based PC.

We use a touchscree with "slider" control having a draggable thumb. On the Linux Atom (CPU 330 @ 1.60GHz) the slider "thumb" running in the standalone player does not keep up with the mouse movements, but on an Archos 9 (z510 CPU @ 1.1GHz) tablet running Windows 7 and FP in the browser it runs really well (I hate to say...)

Both running 10.0.45.2 players (release version) Also tried the browser version on the Linux box, but this is 10.0.32.18 because Gentoo are slackers when it comes to releasing update e-builds for Flash.

Can anyone recommend any benchmarking / test tools / processes that I might use to examine this sort of thing? Does anyone have any tips / pointers as to why this might be so bad in the Linux player on a more powerful machine...

   Ta.

   Glen
