Tell me about it, a few days ago I managed to cause a verify error that did a full dump of the opcodes. And it wasn't during swf loading!
It ended up being that Flash had auto generated a subclass and as usual forgotten to forward arguments to the base class constructor.
You really do get the more spectacular errors when you use type safety and multiple swf files at the same time.
