El bot�n tiene que tener un c�digo como este:

getURL("javascript:MM_showHideLayers('nombre_de_tu_layer','','hide')");
}
Suponiendo que el dreamweaver te ha insertado el c�digo de la funci�n
showHideLayers claro.
