I get:

image seems to be a legacy bios Disabling checks.

ERASE FAILED!
I suppose I have to do something with a jumper or what.
There is a Clear CMOS setting jumper with instructions
turn offf power + remove power cable
Remove jumper cap from 1 and 2 and put on 2 and 3 for a few seconds,
then cap back to 1 and 2
plug in cable, etc.
I did this but no difference.
