allows using multiple patchwork ids in one go:
e.g. you want to mark a whole patch set containing pw ids 2998 to 3008 as 
superseded:
./util/pwclient_sequence.sh 2998 3008 update -s Superseded

this should probably be a patch to pwclient itself, but i dont wanna touch it 
right now.
