Add support for the Dangerous Prototypes Bus Blaster (v1/v2).
The new type is called "busblaster".
So far only v2 has been tested, but since both v1 and v2
emulate a Amontec JTAGKEY in the default configuration,
it is assumed that v1 should work fine as well.
