Hi Brandon,
this looks like a bug in either the Arduino serprog firmware or in the
serprog driver in flashrom. Can you please retry with the latest flashrom
version and send a mail to the flashrom@ flashrom.org mailing list?
Sorry for the long delay before you got an answer. Trac shouldn't have
allowed creating new tickets at all because we track all bugs on our
mailing list nowadays.
