if you look close at your log, you'll see that flashrom reads the ID
shifted by one bit. You probably just have to reduce the speed. See
flashrom's manual page about the linux_spi driver, it has a parameter
called `spispeed`.

maybe spispeed=512 is way too slow, but it worked! Both Boards are up
