Hi Guillermo,

it seems that your kernel does not permit access to the needed regions
of /dev/mem.
Can you build a custom kernel with `CONFIG_STRICT_DEVMEM=n` and
`CONFIG_IO_STRICT_DEVMEM=n` and try again?

Debian has a good starting point in their documentation [0] 

I hope you will be successfull with this modifications.
